She is survived by: her husband Lonny; her sisters, Judi Leisk (Bob) and Connie Miller; her children, Sara Botkin (Jon), Amy Grantham (Nick), John Patterson and Haley Perry (Andrew); her grandchildren, Charlee Grantham, Evelyn Botkin, Thomas Grantham and Rudee Botkin; her cousins, Elza Ann Parker (Richard), Cheryl Hicklin (Ron) and Herb Lamb (Joyce); her parent-in-law John; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Patterson (Cheryl) and Lana Spurling (David). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters.
