I am so sorry and my sympathy to Bill's family and all the people at Express. I worked at Express for over 5 years and met Bill at the Express conferences in Oklahoma City and Portland, Oregon. He was a wonderful professional person and had a great smile for everyone. He will be missed and his leadership at Express is a great loss.
