He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal and Otis; his brother Leon; and his siblings-in-law, Leroy, Sharon and Debi.
He is survived by: his wife Denise; his sons, Jayson, Michael and Craig; his siblings, Dee, Ginny (Jim), Rick (Bonnie) and Randy; and his siblings-in-law, Maria (Steve) and Francis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins and a shit load of friends.
