He is survived by: his sister Olivia Martinez; his son Bernardo Hernandez Jr.; his granddaughter Monika Burzynska Mason; his great grandchild Hunter Hebert; his grandchildren, Olivia Burzynska Hernandez and Erik Hernandez; his daughter Paula Hernandez; his granddaughter Heather Hernandez; his great grandchildren, Sariyah Greene, Jaylen Greene, Iyanah Slack and Keith Slack; his great great grandchild Brylen Davis; his grandson Robert Hernandez; his great grandchildren, Bobby Hernandez and Aden Hernandez; his granddaughter Crystal Parcel; his great grandchildren, Josiah Parcel, Ethan Parcel and Clarissa Parcel; his stepson Shawn Harris; his grandson Steven Gade; his great grandchildren, Gabriella Gade, Alyssa Gade and Augustine Gade; his grandsons, Nicholas Harris and Jason Harris; his stepson Glenn Harris; his grandchildren, Elijah Harris and Samantha Harris; his stepson Kevin Harris; and his granddaughter Kylie Harris. He is also survived by other family members including many nieces and nephews.
