He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter E. Bowman and Margareth Bowman; his wife Judith E. Bowman (Holsclaw); his sons, Chris Bowman (Janet) of Rutland, Jeff Bowman (Terri) of Lake Stevens, WA and Todd Bowman (Misty) of Ozark, AL; his sister Jeannie Brandt (James) of Oak Glenn, CA; his grandchildren, Jordan (Kathryn), Andrew (Carrie), Taylor, Lyndsey, Katherine, Jenna and Harley; his great grandchildren, Logan and Emery; his brother Larry Bowman; and his great grandchild Noah.
