He is survived by: his parents, Cesario Ramos and Luisa Valenzuela Ramos; his sister Majorie Resendez; his spouse Virginia Blonigan Ramos; and his children, Cesar Ramos (Pam), Linda Ramos (Glenn Murguia), Frank Ramos (Pattie) and Cindy Gamboa.
