She is survived by: her children, Amanda and Nathan; her husband Louie Toro; her son Nathen Toro of San Bernardino; her mother Joanne Hendrikson Franco (Yucaipa); her parents-in-law, Carmen Quinones-Nieves and Rafael Nieves-Guzman; and her siblings, Gail Franco Lopez of Redlands, CA, Richard Lee Franco of Bullhead, AZ, Jeffrey Richard Franco of Corona, CA, Mary Franco Torres of Yucaipa, CA, Joanne "Yvette" Franco of Redlands, CA and Glen "Rocky" Franco of Yucaipa, CA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
