It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Sue Bly of Yucaipa, California, born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on November 2, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Ramsay and Alberta Ramsay (Wentworth); her brother Bruce Ramsay; her son William D. Bly; and her grandson Alexander James Crissy.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" E Bly; her children, Robert E. Bly, Jr. (Corrie) of Yucaipa, CA and Ellen Batzel (William) of Livonia, NY; and her brothers, Paul Ramsay (Maureen) of Manassas, VA, Craig Ramsay (Jackie) of Murfreesboro, TN and Leigh Ramsay (Angelina) of Poway, California. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
