He is survived by: his wife Lucy; his children, Patricia Montenegro, Anita Thomas and Anthony Thomas; his stepmother Stephana Thomas; and his siblings, Anna Marie Melfo, Marianna Morgan and Milan Thomas of Ohio. He is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
