He was predeceased by: his wife Romaine Kay Danik; his parents, Wendel Danik and Alice Danik; his brother Frederick Danik; and his grandson Christopher Studards.
He is survived by: his sister Dr. Judy Danik; his daughters, Judy Studards (Steve) and Barbara Franz (Randy); his granddaughter Andrea Flores (Xavier); his granddaughter-in-law Tina Studards; his granddaughters, Amber Slate (Zach Young) and Michelle Rogers (Raimond); and his great grandchildren, Sophia Studards and Paisley Studards.
