He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Henry and Frieda Brugmann. He is survived by: his close friend Jeanie; and his children, Cindy Shipley (Jeff) and Matt Brugmann (Crystal). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
