It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hubbart (Yuba City, California), born in Fresno, California, who passed away on May 11, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hubbart and Laura Frances Hubbart; his stepmother Betty Frances Hubbart; his siblings, Robert Hubbart and Fern Cornwell; and his granddaughter Cassandra Hubbart.
He is survived by: his wife Mable Widener Hubbart; his children, Steven Hubbart (Terri), Roger Hubbart (Cindy), Russell Hubbart, Darrell Hubbart (Karlyn) and Becky Hubbart Powers (Greg); and his siblings, Marion Van Deventer, Lois Deel, Virginia Hubbart, Carolyn Morgan, Jack Hubbart, Janice Erdman and Wesley Hubbart. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
