She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Clark and Mildred Tufford Clark; her husband John Walters; and her sons, Gary Balch and Brian Balch.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Balch (Jennifer) and Karen Connelly. She is also survived by grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
