He was predeceased by: his sister Oralia. He is survived by: his wife Elvera; and his children, Adrian, Octavio Jr., Emmanuel, Elvera and Nicole. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Praise Chapel Church (398 Aylor Ave, Yuba City, CA 95991). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Adventure Church (876 W Onstott Frontage Rd, Yuba City, CA 95991).
