He is survived by: his wife Fayrene Waire of Yuba City; his daughter Judy Hicks; his son-in-law Chris LaMorte of St James, MO; his sons, Randy Underwood of Yuba City and Robert Underwood; his daughter-in-law Cathy of Biggs; and his adoptive daughter Martha Snow of Yuba City.
