He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edna Homan Peebles and Wayne Peebles; his wife Donna; his siblings, Patrick (Mary) of Kansas City, KS and Florrie of Santa Rosa, CA; his children, Jennifer Bartlett (Michael) of Yuba City and David (Michelle) of Fairfield, CA; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Lauren, Ryann, Lindsey and Thomas; and his great grandchild Ivy. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a time when it is COVID safe for groups to gather.
