He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Ann Perry; and his grandparents, Grayce Perry, Robert, Darlene Curt and Royce Nelms.
He is survived by: his father Kenneth Nelms of Salem, OR; his children, Emmalee Perry and Eric Jansson (Amanda Eskridge) of Brownsville; and his siblings, Jeffrey Howard (Laura) of Loma Rica, Michelle Motley (Chad) of Marysville and Tracy Nichols (Shad) of Athens, TN. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
