He is survived by: his children, Renee (Ron Fortenberry) and Steve (Jeri Quick); his grandchildren, Jaclyn Moore, Justyn Fortenberry, Steve Quick and Stacia Fukumoto; and his great grandchildren, Haley Moore, Bryce Moore, Kaetlyn Moore, Elliot Fortenberry, Oliver Fortenberry, Owen Fortenberry, Sam Fukumoto, Charlotte Fukumoto, Felix Fukumoto and Levi Bowers.

At his request, there will be no services. ~Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, which held a special place in his heart.
