He is survived by: his wife Susan Upton of Marysville; his children, Ryan Upton of Marysville and Kiley Brown of Live Oak; his granddaughters, Sydney Rusley of Marysville, Ava Upton of Plumas Lake, Jaycee Thomas of Live Oak and Amari Brown of Live Oak; his great grandchild Matteo Rusley of Marysville; his sister Edna McHone of Yuba City; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn O'Neal of Yuba City, Lori Burton of Sutter, Mike McHone of Yuba City and Scott Burton of Sutter; and his son-in-law Chris Brown of Live Oak. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
