He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Irene Webb; his parents, Herbert Puckett and Vera Puckett; his sisters, Ann Lynette Puckett and Alice Lucille Webb; and his son-in-law Geoff Kauffman.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Perkins (Phillip), Lane Puckett (Catherine) and Lori Kauffman; and his grandchildren, Charles, Michael, Rachelle, David, Patricia and Megan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Remembrances may be made to the Yuba-Sutter Amateur Radio's Repeater fund, Beale Air Force Base's Operation Warm Heart or the Agnes Puckett Memorial Fund for the Yuba Sutter Counties 4-H Clubs.
