It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie E. Collins of Yuba City, California, who passed away on August 6, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Audra; her siblings, Charles and Nancy Jane; her husband Edward; and her grandson Patrick.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Collins and Sherry Shimer; her grandchildren, C. J. Brown of Oklahoma and Chanell Rigsby of Idaho; and her great grandchildren, Maverick, Maddix, Max and Charlee.
