He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, Bernice McKenzie and Henry McKenzie; his siblings, Dorothy, Shirley and Bobby; and his grandson David McKenzie Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Doug McKenzie (Lisa), David McKenzie and Debra McKenzie; and his brother Jimmy McKenzie (Sue). He is also survived by 6 grandkids; and 4 great-grandchildren.
