He is survived by: his wife Church; his children, Jake Hoffart (Jennifer), Nicole Holland (Tad) and Heather Winter (Jeremy); and his grandchildren, Camden, London, Radley, Kinsley, Landyn, Braylen, Soren, Hudson and Braxton. He is also survived by his siblings; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
