She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Hoffman. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Nepsa (Hoffman); her siblings, Vicki Nelson, Roger, Jeff Pomahac and Robert; her sister-in-law Joanne; her niece Suzette Hoffman; her sister-in-law Kathy Bean (Bob); and her pet Sassy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, countless close friends.
