He is survived by: his sibling Mike; his stepson Gregory Shepherd Scally (Kim); his grandson Soren Lam Scally; his wife Nancy Jeanne; his former wife Gail Slocumb; his son Michael; his stepchildren, Stacy Heiss (Ralf), Max Mishler, Derek Scally and Greg Scally (Kim); his stepgrandson Soren Scally; his sister-in-law Carol Lambert; his stepparents, Evelyn Carden and John Blankenship (Toni); and also Sir Knight.
