He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John D. Ballas Jr., Dr. John J. Jemsek and Marijane E. Jemsek (Robertson). He is survived by: his parents, John Demetrius Ballas III and Angela E. Ballas (Jemsek); his siblings, Jennette M. Romney (Michael D. Romney), Elizabeth C. Ridenour (Alan N. Ridenour) and John D. Ballas IV (Heather C.); and his grandmother Colleen R. Ballas (Frawley). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
