He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Bender; and his sister Beverly Dyer. He is survived by: his significant other Betty Duffek; his daughters, Susan Bender and Carol Kelly (John); his grandchildren, Rickaye Conley (Sean), Frank Kelly (Jennifer) and Charles Kelly (Lori); and his great grandchildren, Sean Jr. and Shaye Conley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his canine companion.
