She was predeceased by: her son Douglas William Polen; her parents, Patrick Ryan, Jr. and Margaret Kuhle Ryan; and her siblings, Elizabeth Frandsen and Jerry Ryan.
She is survived by: her daughter TerriAnne Polen Downing (David) of Oak Point, TX; her brothers, Patrick Ryan, Jr. of Port St and Michael Ryan (Barbara) of Hillsboro, IL; and her grandchildren, Daniel Polen and Douglas Downing. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, and 14 great nieces.
