He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Kincaid and Lonnie Kincaid. He is survived by: his wife Lorena; and his children, Lucinda Gibson, Darlene Thomsen (Michael), Lafe (Terri), Laurence (Stephanie) and Gary Kincaid (Christina). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
