He was predeceased by: his daughter Samantha. He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his children, Wylona Farrens (Albert) of Paso Robles and Andan Bailey (Pat) of Davis; his brother Doug Bailey (Cheryl) of Payson, AZ; and also Gerald Mcneill of Bakersfield. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial gifts be made to the donor's favorite charity.
