He was predeceased by: his former wife Catherine Pope; and his children, Jerry Pope (Heidi), Sheri Boone (Bruce), Susan Cristler (Tony) and Gary Pope (Marci).
He is survived by: his wife Gail Pope; his brother William Pope, Jr. (Genie); his siblings-in-law, James Hardee (Nancy), Judy Hardee, Bruce Warren (Ingrid) and Corrine Burgi (Craig); and his mother-in-law Gloria Warren. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
