Cozza of Dayton, OH; his nieces, Lisa Boros and Leah Cozza; his great-niece Lina Boros; his uncle Dr. Dennis Slamon (Donna); and his aunt Nora Lee Sallie. He is also survived by cousins and many, many friends.
