He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Rodriguez and Gertrudis Romero; and his brothers, Amado Rodriguez, Salome Rodriguez and Antonio Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Concepcion Rodriguez; his daughters, Hilda Rodríguez, Alma Smith and Teresa Rodríguez; his siblings, Rafael Rodríguez, Ignacio Rodríguez, Benjamín Rodríguez, Elpidia Verdugo and Maria Concepcion Rodríguez; and his grandchildren, Raquel Calderon, Julian Smith and Abigail Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and extended family.
