He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Arroyo and Jesse Arroyo; and his siblings, Ernie Arroyo, Julia Arroyo-Mesa, Christine Arroyo-Tayaba, Joe Arroyo and Sally Arroyo Fernandez.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Lydia (Vela), Vicky (Keller) and Lisa (Galicia); his grandchildren, Austin, Kaela, Quinn and Bridget; and his brothers, Augustine Abasta, Art Arroyo and Gilbert Arroyo. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
