She is survived by: her parents, Russell Branchfield and Mary Branchfield; her spouse Bob Waters; her children, Lori Borck (Tom) and Scott; her son-in-law Tom Borck; her grandchildren, Keely Moats and Ian Borck; her sisters, Mary Ellen Carver (Brooks) of Canton, IL, Carolyn Varner and San Carlos; her children, Anne Gearhart of San Mateo and Jim; and her grandchildren, Cameron and Alexis of San Rafael.

Kathleen passed away peacefully after battling Alzheimer's Disease for many years.
