She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Galanis and Kyriakoula Barbakis; her siblings, Georgios, Stavroula and Aristea; and her brother-in-law George.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Theodoridis, Janette Leonidou and Koula Carol Sherry; her sons-in-law, Panagiotis, Greg and Jim; her grandchildren, Dimitra (Tim), Alexandra, Sofia, Kyriakos, George, Iliana, Cassie, Alex, Lauren (Mike) and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Dafni, Jack and Sammy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lodi Funeral Home (725 S Fairmont Ave, Lodi, CA 95240). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Basil's Greek Orthodox Church (920 W March Ln, Stockton, CA 95207). A committal service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cherokee Memorial Park (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at the same location.
Donations may be made in Alexandra's honor to St Jude's Research Hospital or St. Basil's Greek Orthodox Church.
