She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Clark and Pearl Clark; her husband Ralph Smith; her grandson Aaron McCartney; her siblings, John, Russell, Charles Clark and Lucille Drake (Clark); and her siblings-in-law, Lee Hopkins, Edna Clark, Gertrude Clark and Florence Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Vogeler (Paul) of Redgranite, WI, Christopher Smith (Dona) of Arbor Vitae, WI, June Backhaus (Michael) of Sidney, MT and Carol Ferlo (Joseph) of Oshkosh, WI; her grandchildren, Adam McCartney, Katie Smith-Lopez (Luis), Jake Smith (Nikki), Daniel Backhaus (Valerie), Bethany Gunther (Ryan), Luke Backhaus, Miriam Backhaus, Lindsey Dovichi (Todd), Joel Peterson and Ben Peterson; and her sister Esther Hopkins (Clark). She is also survived by cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
