He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Riley and Orma Oral Carr Riley; and his siblings, Don Riley, Darlene Fiscus and Peggy Tuttle.
He is survived by: his brother Larry McCracken (Patti); and his children, Patricia Riley, Michael Riley, James Riley, Linda Allan and Cynthia Riley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to any of his favorite charities, including Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), World War II Museum, or animal protection charities.
