He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Lee Bell Sr. and Ella Gertrude Smith Bell; his wife Marlene Bell; his daughter Lisa Bell Matty; his son-in-law Eric of Lincoln Nebraska; his grandchildren, Denver and Ariana; his son Maurice Bell; his daughter-in-law Ruth Bell; his grandchildren, Briana, Mahogany Kaya (Cedric), Neveah, Melody and Jeffrey; his daughter Sharaine Bell; his son-in-law Idan Levin of Oakland Ca; and his grandchildren, Arad, Scott and Tavor.
He served as a commissioner for Winters Fire Dept. for 16 years and on the Winters Senior Foundation board for 8 years, most recently as its secretary.
