She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Frank Hazlett and Ruth Hazlett (Gates); and her husband Frank (Frank). She is survived by: her children, Frank (Nicole), Mark and Carolyn; her grandchildren, Mary (Soufiane) and Dylan; her great grandchild Kenza; and her sisters, Ellen (John), Carolyn, Janet and Edna. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
