He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Pranke; his mother Rachel Zimbelman; his stepfather Allisen Zimbelman; his father William Pranke; and his brother Charles Pranke.
He is survived by: his brother Jeffery Pranke of Arizona; his children, Gary Pranke Jr (Stacy) of Nevada, Donna Pack, Rachel Pranke, Lillian Antonetti, Mike Pranke and Dennis Mangin; his stepchildren, Bret Gruben (Erin) of California and Stephanie Gruben of California; his grandchildren, Shane, Austin, Cody, Dylan, Ashley, Gracelyn, Brayton Emili, Samantha, Jason, Jessica, Justin, John, Nyla and Savanna; and his great grandchildren, Abel, Jaxson, Cayden and Lilianna.
