He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elgin Sr. and Agnes Elgin (Haupt); his son Cameron Elgin; and his brothers, John Elgin Sr., George Elgin Jr. and Paul Elgin Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Connie Elgin (Best); his children, Damien Elgin of Alabama, Lisa De Haro of Red Bluff, CA and Michael Elgin of Windsor; his sisters, Annie Swoveland (Elgin), Sharon Mendoza (Elgin) and Charlotte Mitchell (Elgin); and his grandchildren, Cameron, Sallie, Devin, Michael, Layla, Camerina, Amber and Ashley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Daniels Chapel of the Roses (1225 Sonoma Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95405).
