He is survived by: his spouse Mary-Jane Klein; his former wife Mary-Jane Reiter; his brother John; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Mazzocco, Elizabeth Mazzocco, Steven J. Kelly and Jakeb A. Kelly. He is also survived by his family and friends.
