It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmela Ramos of Windsor, California, who passed away on March 3, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelita Espinoza and Fidel Espinoza; and her brother Ezequiel Espinoza. She is survived by: her children, Ezequiel, Josefina, Rosa, Willy and Rigo Espinoza; her husband Manuel Ramos; her children, Chris, Phillip, Jason, Ruby Oceguera, Chief Warrant Officer III, Fernando J Oceguera, Vivianna Pena and Anjela Pena; her grandchildren, Caezar, Chriztio, Celyne, Carla Camarillo, Alexies Oceguera, Fernando Oceguera II and Savannah Oceguera; and her great grandchildren, Aedan, Enzo, Celyne A Camarillo, Saydie, Ella Rae, Shae Rose Torrez and Elise Oceguera.
