He is survived by: his wife Loretta Bryant Hough Richter of Winchester, California; his children, Deborah Richter of Moreno Valley, California and Jeff Richter (Sharon Richter); his stepchildren, Linda Dorsey of Hemet, Monda Morris of Hemet and Scott Walker of Winchester, California; his siblings, Marie Richter Peters and H. James Richter (Jenna Richter); and his close friend Tom Wheat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with many close friends.
