It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Herring (Wilton, California), born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Adams and Ruth Adams; and her son Dan Brown. She is survived by: her husband Robert Herring of Wilton; and her grandson Israel Brown of Colorado.
