He is survived by: his children, James Ross Waters, Jennifer Ross and Sarah Ross; his grandchildren, Achaius and Calia; his sister Anita Chavez; his brother-in-law John Chavez; and his sister Liz Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and loving friends.
