He was predeceased by: his former wife Sylvia Morris; and his brothers, Chuck Morris and Theron Morris. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Taft; his children, Dianna Boggs (Bob), Donna Wolter (Rick), Debbie Peterson (Kirk), David Morris and Danny Morris (Anitra); and his sisters, Ferol Lee Johnston and Joyce Shay. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
