He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Garcia Pena and Dolores Velasco Macias; his wife Sara; his siblings, Cruz and Julio; and his son Oscar.
He is survived by: his children, Eduardo, Antonio, Victor, Licet and Linda; and his siblings, Ofelia, Luisa, Bertha and Guillermo. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (740 S Shamrock Ave, Monrovia, CA 91016). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
