He is survived by: his siblings, Paulette Holler (Phil) of Surprise, Ariz. and Ken Fleming (Linda Spencer) of Gresham, Ore.; his aunts, Virginia Bent of Grove City and JoAnn Fleming of Overland Park, Kansas; his nieces, Jillian Van Prooyen (Kevin) of Kenosha, Wis, Renee Holler (Chris Yttri) of Ridgeway, Rebecca Miller (Paul) of Albertville, Minn and Valerie Fleming; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas Van Prooyen, Samuel Van Prooyen, Henry Miller, Maxwell Miller, Charlotte Miller, Olivia Miller, Grace Van Prooyen and Lydia Van Prooyen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
